RUN COACHING




Running is my passion. I love the challenge, the community, the freedom, and the life lessons that tag along with our running adventures. In my own journey I ended up with a few challenges along then way but my love for running kept me going. I am so grateful that I had the opportunity to work with some great coaches and medical professionals who believed in me and taught me that our bodies are resilient, strong, and have an amazing ability to adapt. I have been able to run the Boston Marathon and beyond and can’t wait to share with you all that I have learned along the way. I would love to help you reach your goals and dreams. I can’t wait to cheer for you all the way to the finish line.

Are you ready to reach your running goals? I would love to help! 

My strength is helping new and experienced runners or those coming back after time away from running. I will provide you with online individual training plans custom made to match your lifestyle, ability, and goals.

Do you have a minimum monthly training commitment for your athletes?

There is no minimum monthly commitment but I recommend a period of 3-4 months to allow for training adaptation

Are there group workouts?

There are no group workouts at this time

How will I receive my training program?

I will provide you with an email that outlines your training plan for the week. I will ask that you provide me with weekly feedback so I can follow along with how you are doing and make adjustments as needed. 

What are your coaching fees?

Coaching fees are $100 per month

Do I need to have experience running?

No. I love helping people who are new to running.


Will I be doing a strength program as well?

I always prescribe strength along with running. You will have a strength program 2-3 times per week.
